Welcome to PETALS™ — thank you for shopping with us. We work hard to pack your order accurately and ship it as quickly as possible.
Please read the policy below before placing an order, as it explains important shipping details, compliance restrictions, and delivery responsibility.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
PETALS™ ships using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates and are
not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, carrier routing issues, holidays, and other service disruptions. We’re always happy to help you
understand tracking updates, but carrier transit time is outside of our control.
PETALS™ currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States where permitted by law.
Due to state-specific laws and regulations, PETALS™ is unable to ship THCA products to certain locations.
We currently DO NOT ship to the following states:

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws before placing an order.
If an order is placed to a restricted state, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable).
PETALS™ products are hemp-derived and produced to comply with applicable federal requirements at the time of manufacture, including
less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Laws vary widely by state, county, and city and can change quickly.
PETALS™ does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee the legal status of any product in every jurisdiction.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier
receives the package.
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, and we’ll do our best to assist with information and next steps.
However, once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
PETALS™ is not responsible for:
If tracking shows “Delivered” (or equivalent), the order is considered fulfilled and we are unable to issue refunds
or free replacements for that shipment.
If your package appears missing, we recommend: (1) checking around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors),
(2) contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number, and (3) filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PETALS™ is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided
by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to address errors or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only considered if an order is cancelled before it ships, or if we cancel an order due to shipping restrictions or compliance limitations.
PETALS™ may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in laws, carrier policies, or business operations.
The latest version posted on our website is the policy that applies to all orders.
